Due to the changes required within the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) from Friday 25th May 2018, Q3 Academies Trust have reviewed and updated our privacy notices for staff, students and parents.
The GDPR requires that the Trust (and its member Academies), as “Data Controllers”, ensure that the protection we have in place for your personal data keeps it safe, accurate, up-to-date and is destroyed securely when required.
It also requires the Trust to allow you the right to review and remove any consent you may have provided within the “Student Data” packs at any time. To review the consent you have provided, you may log on to your Insight portal account and check the “General – Personal Details” section for your child. If you require any of these to be removed, or require more information on what we use these for, please contact the DAC team on firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Trust will be releasing more information as the legislation establishes.
