Re: Year 11 Post 16 Open Evening - 24th November 2009: 6.00pm - 8.00pm.
We are delighted to invite you to attend our Post 16 Open Evening on 24th November 2009.
The evening is designed to provide information on the different levels of courses which are available, and to give parents and students an insight into Post 16 life. The subject staff will also be present throughout the evening to talk to parents and students about specific courses. In addition a careers advisor will be available to answer questions on courses and career progression.
Getting up to date accurate advice is paramount in making informed choices. To assist you with this, there will be representatives from local universities who will be on hand to answer questions.
The deadline for applications to join Q3's Post 16 Education Programme is Friday 12th February, 2010.
Each student who attends the evening will be entered into a prize draw and the winners will be announced on the Wednesday morning. Light refreshments will be available from 5.30pm.
All Year 11 students will receive a copy of this letter for their information.
We do hope you are able to attend and look forward to seeing you on the 24th November.
