Year 13 – End of Term Arrangements

We would like to commend our Year 13 students for their exemplary attitude and work ethic throughout the past few weeks. It has been a busy and demanding time for students across the country, and we are proud of how well this Year Group has risen to the challenge and shown the best of themselves. 

The leavers’ assembly and tea party for Year 13 students will take place on Friday 28th May 2021. There will be an opportunity for shirt/book signing, and we expect to finish around 11.00am. We look forward to giving students the warm and positive send-off they deserve, and ask that, on leaving the Academy site, students disperse promptly to avoid large groups gathering by the entrance or in the local community.

Starting on Friday afternoon, and continuing after half term, students will be able to work from home. Tasks will be posted on Google Classroom and will include Post-18 transition work, virtual work experience opportunities, and enrichment activities. Please be prepared that we may need to call your child into the Academy at short notice. Therefore, they will need to remain available. Our pastoral team will continue to provide support, and students will be welcome to contact Personal Tutors via email in the first instance.

Results Day – 10th August 2021

Results will be emailed to students on their Academy email address at approximately 8.30am on 10th August 2021. Students must check that they have access to this account, and notify the relevant IT and Exams teams if they have any issues. No results can be given over the telephone. If students require support with UCAS clearing or adjustment, staff will be available via telephone on 0121 358 6186, by email, and through Google Meet.
