Christmas Lunch and Jumper Arrangements

Christmas Jumper Day and Christmas Lunch are both on Thursday 12th December 2024.

We encourage you to donate, where you’re able, to Save the Children. Students are then welcome to wear a Christmas jumper or other festive accessory in addition to their normal Business Dress. You can donate here.

A full Christmas Lunch will be available for students at the price of £3.61 on his day, which includes main meal, special festive side dishes, a dessert, and a drink. Meat and vegetarian options are available. Alternatively, a hot turkey baguette meal deal is available at the normal price of £2.61. Students entitled to the government free meals scheme are eligible for either option. Please note that if your child does not want the Christmas Lunch or Turkey Baguette, there are limited alternative menu items on this day. 

As a reminder, the Academy closes to students at the earlier time of 12:45pm on Friday 13th December 2024 for the festive season. Children entitled to the free meals scheme may use their free meal entitlement at break time on this day. 

Students return to the Academy on Tuesday 7th January at the normal time of 8:40am.
