We have now received the certificates for the summer 2020 examination series and will be offering a COVID-19 safe collection service for these. It is important that certificates are collected as original certificates are required for a number of things and examination boards charge a fee for replacement. We do not store uncollected certificates.
Certificates can be collected from Quisine on a day determined by the first letter of the candidate’s surname during the week commencing 22nd March. Please enter the Academy site through the pedestrian gate no earlier than 3:45pm and queue in a socially distanced manner at the external Quisine door (not entering the Academy through the Main Reception).
Collection days are as follows between 3:45pm and 4:45pm:
|Surname begins with…||Collect certificates between 3:45pm and 4:45pm on…|
|A-C||Monday 22nd March|
|D-I||Tuesday 23rd March|
|J-L||Wednesday 24th March|
|M-R||Thursday 25th March|
|S-Z||Friday 26th March|
Candidate’s must provide vaIid Photo ID to collect certificates. Where someone else is collecting certificates on behalf of a candidate they must present their own Photo ID along with a signed letter from the candidate authorising collection on their behalf.
Whilst we’d love to catch up with our ex-students and hear about how they’re getting on, this isn’t possible just yet because of the current lockdown restrictions. To avoid any social gatherings we ask that once certificates have been collected, you leave the Academy site promptly.
For any issues or questions please contact the Examinations Officer.
