Flu Immunisation 2023

The flu immunisation is being offered to all students in Years 7-11 for free this autumn/winter through Vaccination UK working on behalf of NHS England.

Please ensure that you either provide or decline consent for the immunisation by completing this form here.

Full details of this scheme and the immunisation can be found here. Please direct all questions regarding the immunisation to Vaccination UK using the contact details on the eConsent form, the Academy are unable to assist with any enquiries relating to the immunisation as we are simply a venue in the process.
