Flu Immunisation (Nasal Spray) for KS3 Students

The NHS are offering the flu immunisation in the form of a nasal spray to all students in Years 7-9, and will be visiting the Academy on Thursday 19th January to administer this.

If you have a child in Year 7, 8, or 9, please either provide or decline consent using this form as soon as possible.

Please see this letter from Vaccination UK with full details of the programme including contact details should you have any questions. As a reminder, please do not contact the Academy with any enquiries regarding the immunisation as we will are unable to provide medical advice or details on the immunisation scheme.
