Student Data: Language Request
Please ensure that the following questions are considered carefully to best advise us of your child’s language status.
- Did your child arrive to this country from another country where the first language is not English?
- Does your child speak a language other than English at home?
- Do you, or another parent/carer/community member, communicate with your child in a language other than English?
If you answer yes to any of the above, please advise us that your child’s language is ‘Other than English’.
If you answer no to all of the above, please advise us that your child’s language is ‘English’.
