Rewards Days Trips Update

After such an awful year the students richly deserve their reward trips. However, given the rapidly rising COVID-19 rates we are concerned that many students will be self-isolating and will not be able to attend. Also we are concerned that should a student test positive then their close contacts will be required to isolate and this could threaten holiday plans for many families.

Given these two considerations, we have decided to defer the visits until the autumn term.  This way no student will miss out on their reward trips, and family holiday plans are not put at risk.

We know this may be disappointing to some, but the decision to postpone trips means that far more students will be rightly rewarded, and this avoids the risk of us being unable to claim refunds for parents/carers if we had to make a late cancellation.

We’ll be in contact in the new term with further details about the rescheduled trips, when we have been able to reassess the situation.
